MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK TUES-FRI 10PM-8AM Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile and safety-focused Industrial Maintenance & Utility Operator to support our plant manufacturing operations. This hybrid role combines hands-on mechanical maintenance with utility system monitoring and operation, with a strong emphasis on industrial maintenance. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable troubleshooting equipment and managing critical utility infrastructure that supports plant productio. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Johnson Controls in Glendale, Los Angeles County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.

- Prep and level subfloors
- Install tile, hardwood, laminate, or vinyl
- Cut materials to fit around fixtures
- Grout, seal, and finish edges
- Keep work areas clean and safe
