Position: Operations & Business Manager Employment Type: Full Time, Direct Hire Annual Salary: $74,000- $145,000 Location: Richmond, CA A rapidly growing construction solutions business is seeking an Operations & Business Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive continued growth. This role partners closely with the owner (General Manager) and serves as the primary operational point of contact for customers, partners, and vendors. It’s a high-impact, growth. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
