MRF Industrial Maintenance Technician
About this role
MarBorg Industries is seeking an MRF Maintenance Technician to keep our recycling and waste processing equipment running safely and efficiently. In this on-site role at our Santa Barbara facility, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, balers, screens, and related systems, diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to reduce downtime. You’ll follow strict safety standards, support equipment upgrades, and partner closely with operations in a family-found. This is a events and setup opportunity with MarBorg Industries in Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Keep the venue clean and safe
