Mobile Maintenance Technician
About this role
This position creates processes and performs physical inventory counts on job sites and at facilities. The Maintenance Technician is responsible to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures. Performs daily, weekly and monthly rounds and inspections. Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary for the wellbeing and protecti. This is a electrical opportunity with ABM Industries in Upper Marlboro, Prince George's County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
