$1000 Sign on Bonus! Welds metal components by following work instructions and/or basic blueprints. Follows established procedures and adheres to safety standards. Performs routine checks to ensure quality. Job Responsibilities ⯠Reads and interprets basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to plan welding operations. Performs basic welding equipment setup to produce fabricated components. Prepares materials for welding by cleaning surfaces and fitting components. Inspects completed. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with Mayville Engineering Co. Brand in Bedford, Bedford County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
