About this role
We are hiring a Master Painter / Field Supervisor to lead commercial paint and drywall work across our portfolio of properties. You are: A seasoned professional with 10 years of commercial painting experience, including supervision of crews and coordination with GCs and other trades. Highly skilled in drywall finishing standards (Level 4–5), surface prep, product/system selection, and achieving consistent, high‑end results. Comfortable running multiple jobs, plan. This is a painting opportunity with Farbman Group in Farmington, Oakland County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.
What you'll do
- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
- Clean up and maintain equipment
