Marine Construction Foreman (Docks, Bulkheads & Friction Crane) Yelton Construction is seeking an experienced Marine Construction Foreman to lead one of our barge crews building docks, bulkheads, and other waterfront structures throughout North Florida. This is a full-time, year-round position with an established marine contractor celebrating 40 years in business . We are looking for a proven leader with hands-on marine construction experience who can safely lead. This is a construction opportunity with Yelton Construction in Saint Augustine, St. Johns County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
