About this role
Position Summary: Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day operation of the Facilities, Physical Plant and Power Plant/Engineering of Guthrie Lourdes Hospital (780,000 sq ft), and other satellite properties. The Supervisors' primary job responsibilities include the following general areas; Facilities maintenance, Physical Plant, Power Plant, , code compliance, planning, design; construction, finance and personnel management and administration. Specifically, the Man. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Guthrie in Binghamton, Broome County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
