Our Opportunity We are looking for a full-time Equipment Service Technician who is self-motivated to work with the CROM Team in our Gainesville, FL Shop location. If you feel. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with The Crom Corporation in Gainesville, Alachua County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.

- Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Cut and grind metal to spec
- Inspect welds for strength and quality
- Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
