POSITION SUMMARY The Utility Worker is an entry-level, catch-all maintenance and facility support role that keeps the production floor running smoothly, from restocking supplies and changing light bulbs to moving pallets with a forklift. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role is well suited to someone with basic mechanical aptitude who is reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable handling a wide variety of hands-on tasks each day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Riverside Mfg LLC in Fort Wayne, Allen County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.
