About this role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with direct experience in a steel service center environment. You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of steel processing machinery and facility equipment. This role is critical to keeping production operations running safely and at peak efficiency. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work cross-functionally with production operators on the fl. This is a events and setup opportunity with Scout HR Services in Dearborn, Wayne County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.
What you'll do
- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Keep the venue clean and safe
