Position Overview Sage Pointe is an affordable housing community comprised of 40 units, in San Marcos, CA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day‐to‐day maintenance operations of the community. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
