About this role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Riverchase location. This community has 432 units and is located in Tulsa, OK. As the Maintenance Technician, you are responsible in aiding all general maintenance of the apartment community. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property. Perks: $28.84/hr opportunity for incentive/bonus pay Health Insurance (Company Paid Option), Dental, and Vi. This is a events and setup opportunity with Timberland Partners Inc in Tulsa, Tulsa County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.
What you'll do
- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Keep the venue clean and safe
