Position Summary The Maintenance Technician II supports daily property operations by completing routine and intermediate maintenance work that helps maintain clean, safe, attractive, and inspection-ready apartment communities. This role requires dependable hands-on maintenance skills, strong customer service, sound judgment, and the ability to complete work orders, unit turns, preventative maintenance tasks, and property upkeep with limited supervision. Essential. This is a cleaning and janitorial opportunity with RPM Management LLC in Newark, Essex County. Cleaning, janitorial, and custodial work for homes, offices, or facilities. Cleaners sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and keep spaces presentable and safe.
