Maintenance Technician - FULL TIME
About this role
Responsible for the maintenance, repair and rehabilitation of the CCF assigned property. Ensure assigned CCF property is operating in compliance with all agreements, current affordable housing program guidelines, and company procedures under general supervision of the Property Manager. Some driving is required for this role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: • Cut grass and trims weeds, bushes, tree. This is a carpentry opportunity with Cesar Chavez Foundation in San Antonio, Bexar County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.

- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
