Coastline Equity is hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overall condition of our commercial properties. Independent role for someone who can diagnose issues, complete jobs fully, and maintain high property standards without constant supervision. You’ll also participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be trusted to handle urgent issues when they arise. Summary & Objectives We’re looking for someone with experience in maintenance or handyman. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Coastline Equity in Temecula, Riverside County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
