COM Technician (Change of Occupancy Technician) Rising View | Bellevue, NE (Offutt Air Force Base) Schedule Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM This position serves as backup for the on-call rotation as needed. About the Position Burlington Capital Properties is seeking a COM (Change of Occupancy) Technician to join our team at Rising View, a military housing community consisting of approximately 2,000 residential units located on Offutt Air Force Base. A. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Burlington Capital Properties in Bellevue, Sarpy County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
