Maintenance Technician will maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Regional Property Supervisor and/or Property Manager. Various hands-on, manual labor responsibilities will include but are not limited to apartment make ready, market ready inspection, HVAC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, fixture installations, plumbing troubleshooting, pool maintenance and re. This is a electrical opportunity with Mashcole Property Management in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
