Maintenance Technician
About this role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of residential properties. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role performs preventive maintenance and responds to daily work orders assigned through maintenance software, including light plumbing, electrical repairs, wall patching, and painting. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance across residential properties. Complete electrical repairs and troubleshoot electrical systems. Han. This is a electrical opportunity with Felicity Residential in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
