Maintenance Technician Location: Chatsworth, CA (Assignments throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding Los Angeles County communities) Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Position Summary The Maintenance Technician performs residential property maintenance, repairs, renovations, and unit turn services across a portfolio of managed properties. This role is responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, completing repairs, ensuring quality workmanship,. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Real Property Management West San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
