Maintenance Technician
About this role
Under the Supervision of the Maintenance Manager and / or Community Manager, the Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include work orders, quality unit turns, maintaining the grounds, conduct preventative maintenance, and assist with the construction/rehabilitation needs of the apartment community. This position will collaborate with the Maintenance and / or Community Manager for the overa. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Berkdale Apartments in Riverside, Riverside County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
What you'll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
- Remove debris and keep sites tidy
