About this role
Position consists of general repair and maintenance of a portfolio of properties located in Philadelphia. We are seeking a detailed oriented maintenance technician with exceptional diagnostics and problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. We are looking for someone with general knowledge of repairs. The technician will be completing work orders for rental units, including residential properties. Responsibilities. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with E-BUILT LLC in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
