General Maintenance Technician - Philadelphia, Multifamily properties - $25-30/hr Our client, a well known multi-family property management group, is seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our clients multi-family residential community. Your daily focus will be on completing resident service requests, preparing vacant apartments f. This is a kitchen and food service opportunity with Liberty Personnel Services, Inc in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County. Kitchen and food-service work — prep, line, dish, and service. Team members prepare food, keep stations clean, and support fast, safe service.
