Maintenance Technician
About this role
Pure Magic is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities and equipment operating safely and reliably. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and basic HVAC systems, troubleshoot equipment issues, and respond to maintenance requests to reduce downtime. You’ll read schematics, use CMMS/work order systems, and follow strict safety and lockout/tagout procedures. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on re. This is a electrical opportunity with Pure Magic in Knoxville, Knox County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
