About this role
Rosewood Park Apartments looking for a qualified full time Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician maintains the day-to-day operations and is responsible for maintaining the property. Responsibilities and Duties: Refurbishing of apartments prior to resident occupancy Performing basic electrical, plumping, appliance repairs, and general handyman skills. Grounds maintenance Keeping accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, inspect. This is a electrical opportunity with Buff Management Inc in Reno, Washoe County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
