About this role
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance related experience including but not limited to; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Weekend availability and call out time on a rotating basis is required. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Apartment make ready process for vacant units Completion of a. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
