About this role

Sand Property Maintenance is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for our location in Dubuque, IA. The maintenance technician is responsible for responding to resident work orders and performing preventive maintenance. This role also includes assisting with snow removal, light siding, roof, and concrete repair, and keeping the property well maintained. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Respond to resident work orders. Promptly repair items. Communicate with the respective Property Manager the status o. This is a events and setup opportunity with Sand Companies in Durango, Dubuque County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.
