Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibility is to maintain production equipment for manufacturing, as well as to inspect and maintain HVAC systems. In addition, the Maintenance Technician inspects all interior and exterior lighting systems, maintains the plumbing of the facilities to include the toilets, sinks, pumps and water utilities. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned) Assists the Facilities Maintenance Manager. This is a plumbing opportunity with Mackenzie-Childs in Aurora, Cayuga County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
