The position entails skilled and general labor; building and facilities maintenance, construction, dry rot repair, decking and fence projects, drywall, and basic plumbing and light electrical. Concrete work, appliance repair, HVAC, and roofing experience a BIG PLUS. Guaranteed year-round employment - 40 hours per week. Must have own basic hand tools and reliable vehicle. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
