About this role
Superior Metal Technologies is looking for a manufacturing hands on Maintenance Tech to handle all aspects of maintenance in our 120,000 square foot paint and anodizing facility. In this position the right person will be able to implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in methods, equipment, procedures and working conditions. This position drives continuous improvement through the plant operation and a high level of morale. Duties: Where safety is always our top. This is a painting opportunity with Superior Metal Technologies in Cumberland, Marion County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.
What you'll do
- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
- Clean up and maintain equipment
