Lourdes Noreen McKeen, a Catholic nonprofit senior living community in West Palm Beach, seeks a Maintenance Tech to support a safe, comfortable environment for residents across independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehab. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems, minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs, and prompt response to work orders and emergencies. The Maintenance Tech collaborates closely with nursing and suppor. This is a electrical opportunity with Lourdes Noreen McKeen in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
