Apprentice Electrician
About this role
As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the guidance of a journeyman-level electrician assisting in the installation, alteration, addition, and/or repair of electrical systems on commercial work sites. The ideal candidate will be working towards a career in the trade with Facility Solutions Group. Responsibilities Gather tools and supplies to be used at work site. Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit. Trace out short circuits in wiring. Assist in lif. This is a electrical opportunity with Facility Solutions Group in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
