Title: Maintenance Tech Department: Operations Reports to: Facility Manager FLSA Status: Full Time Hours: 40 hours per week Summary: Responsibilities include building maintenance, custodial services, grounds maintenance, security and safety functions for the church on all campuses. Responds to all work requests in a timely and courteous manner. Is tasked by and reports to the Facility Manager. Performs other duties as assigned. Applicant will be required to provide three references and pass a d. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Cove Church Ministries in Hampton Cove, Madison County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
