Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance team at our Russellville, Arkansas manufacturing facility. You will oversee maintenance operations and associated equipment while driving equipment reliability, plant safety, and operational performance. You will maintain preventive maintenance programs, support continuous improvement initiatives, and prioritize maintenance and capital projects to help achieve plant uptime, quality, and cost objectives. This is an onsite positi. This is a events and setup opportunity with Conagra Brands in Russellville, Pope County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.
