Maintenance Superintendent for Carpentry, Drywall, Painting
About this role
As a maintenance superintendent, you will oversee and coordinate the carpentry, drywall, and painting operations across various maintenance and renovation projects. You will manage team members, ensure compliance with safety standards, coordinate schedules, and maintain quality control throughout each project. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. Among other duties, you will develop, implement, and maint. This is a carpentry opportunity with Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Chatham County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.

- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
