About this role
Position Summary The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition, safety, and appearance of the community. This position performs routine maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns while providing excellent customer service to residents and supporting the overall operation of the property. The Service Technician helps ensure that apartment homes, buildings, amenities, and grounds are maintained in. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Panther Residential Management LLC in North Augusta, Aiken County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
What you'll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
- Remove debris and keep sites tidy
