Maintenance PersonThe Maintenance Person contributes to the hotel’s commitment to high- troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify issues and implement guest safety and satisfaction.Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks to upkeep. This is a electrical opportunity with Kent State University Hotel in Kent, OH. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
