MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS LEAD GENERAL PURPOSE: Under the supervision of the Maintenance Operations Manager, the Maintenance Operations Lead performs facility maintenance while coordinating daily assignments, guiding maintenance staff, and supporting the safety and functionality of Ampla Health facilities. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Performs building repairs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, drywall, roofing, and other components. Inspects facilities,. This is a electrical opportunity with Ampla Health in Chico, Butte County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
