About this role
S & requirements This is a full-time entry-level position that is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps. Maintenance Mechanics are also responsible for troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC electrical systems, reading schematics, and using electrical testing equipment (Volt-Ohm meter, amp meter, oscilloscope). Our entry-level Maintenance Mechanics have a bas. This is a electrical opportunity with Frito-Lay North America in Ashland, Ashland County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
