Currently seeking Maintenance Mechanics for a family owned aluminum foundry in the East Los Angeles area. FULL TIME PERMANENT JOB: Requirements: Repair and upkeep on facility and machinery TEAM PLAYER - will be helping out with production Repair and upkeep of front-end loaders and forklifts Work on motors Troubleshoot all forklifts and front-end loaders Preventative Maintenance Strong Mechanical aptitude Strong Electrical aptitude Bi- Lingual (Spanish and English. This is a electrical opportunity with PPS-HPS in La Puente, Los Angeles County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
