Title: Maintenance Mechanic Division: Finance and Administration Department: Facility Operations and Planning FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Salary Range: Grade 9: $18.98/hour As part of USI's commitment to continuously evaluate total rewards, effective January 2, 2027, this position’s hourly rate will be increased by $2.00. The new hourly rate effective January 2, 2027, is $20.98. Position Summary Perform skilled maintenance tasks in support of structural systems, and equipment maintenance, renovatio. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Vanderburgh County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
