Rate: $37.48 USD per hour Description Essential Duties and Tasks: Preform maintenance needs required for daily operations to keep running efficiently. Research and submit request orders for parts, equipment, and tools. Be proactive in resolving quality process failures. Suggest ideas to support continuous improvement in all areas of the company. Daily communication from shift to shift in the Engineering/Maintenance Department and with Manufacturing. Assist in the training of safe work pra. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. in Springfield, Calhoun County. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
