Touchpoints at Bloomfield - Summary: The primary role of the Maintenance Manager is to direct and conduct physical plant maintenance and grounds upkeep at a nursing home. Maintenance includes building improvements, grounds, utilities, and mechanical/electric systems. Responsibilities: Manages maintenance staff and ensures assigned building, grounds and facilities are maintained at all times. Reviews and maintains preventive maintenance logs and ensure that preventative maintenance is being done. This is a electrical opportunity with Touchpoints at Bloomfield in Manchester, Hartford County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
