Manage capital projects and equipment obsolescence. Ensure all facility regulatory standards and inspections are regularly up-to-date. Assess current maintenance work processes to optimize effici. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
