Property Handyman Optimus Property with general maintenance equipment and tools, ladders, landscaping equipment, and carpentry, painting, plumbing, drywall, and flooring Pick-up and delivery of materials California driver' s license and first 90 days & $500 after. This is a plumbing opportunity with Optimus Property Management, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
