Maintenance Electrician
About this role
The Electrician will be accountable for the efficient operation of all the electrical-related equipment and instrumentation throughout the facility, both inside and outside of the building. This position is also responsible for the successful utilization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System. Additional Information: Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm This position is also eligible for a bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable. This is a electrical opportunity with Sherwin-Williams in East Hartford, Hartford County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
