Maintenance Director
About this role
General Purpose: The Maintenance Director will oversee Maintenance and regulatory compliance aspects of the Long-Term Care Nursing facility, must have excellent communication skills and basic computer skills. including service of electrical and mechanical systems; maintenance of equipment, physical plant, utilities, and grounds. Must be hands-on and have the ability to paint sheetrock, work with minor electrical and plumbing repairs, replace toilets, and much mor. This is a electrical opportunity with Nurse Care of Buckhead in Atlanta, Fulton County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
