Role Summary The Maintenance Level 2 performs daily in all apartment maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning/ repair, drywall repair, carpentry, glass repair, appliances, HVAC, grounds maintenance, and concrete/ tile. Perform work orders. This is a electrical opportunity with Siegel Select in Bossier City, LA. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
