Maintenance Technicians should have general handyman and customer service experience within all levels for residential maintenance assignments. This position will report to the Supervising Tech and/or the owner. Education/Skills: • At least two years of experience in general maintenance. • Experience plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance maintenance as a plus. • Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance at the time of hire. Responsib. This is a electrical opportunity with SV MAINTENANCE in Long Beach, Los Angeles County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
