Licensed Electrician Summary ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Possess the necessary skills to apply comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents to correct deficiencies. Troubleshoot electrical equipment and controls to determine problems and perform necessary repairs. All work is to be done in a neat and workmanlike manner and according to the applic. This is a electrical opportunity with Cushman & Wakefield in Bedford, Middlesex County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
